I was just wondering, if maybe not right now, but sometime in the future if we can get zone by phone notices like we do when we get private messages in the zone. What I mean is, now if someone sends us a private message, we get a notice in our email in boxes, saying that we have a private message in the zone. I'm sorry if this post confuses anyone, but I am writing it at 1-27 a,m in the morning.
yeah, i see what you mean liz, but if you have a zone by phone voicemail, you will keep getting alerts when you log in, you have new voicemail on zone by phone, until you ring up and listen to it
I think she means that we could be notify on the phone when we have mail on the zone like when we get notified on the zone when we have voice mail on the phone. I think it could work especially for people who can't access the internet for any reason.
yeah, that's what I meant. that happens with private messages until you read them, but with voice mail you don't need to be loged in, and sometimes you don't want, or are in a rush so you can't log in, but you want to see if you've got any. If we got email notices, we wouldn't have to just log in just to check that.
good idea then, i don't see that causing a problem. if we can do it for private messages, we can do it for voicemails
Actualy why couldn't email notifications of voicemail work like notifications for board posts.
You get an email saying you have a message and you won't get notified of anything new until you chek your voicemail?
